ABOUT LICENSING

All graphic props, designs, and digital files available through The Prop Stock (the “Works”) are original creations authored and owned by The Prop Stock and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Certain Works offered for sale have been previously used in professional audiovisual productions, including television commercials and branded content, under duly executed artwork, property, and production release agreements with third-party producers and agencies. Such prior uses do not constitute a transfer of ownership, assignment of copyright, or limitation of the author’s intellectual property rights. The Prop Stock remains, at all times, the sole copyright holder and intellectual author of the Works.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, The Prop Stock grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital file(s) solely for physical reproduction and display. Permitted uses include printing and integrating the Works into real-world environments such as film or television productions, photo shoots, exhibitions, set design, retail or hospitality spaces, interior design projects, and similar physical installations.

2. Restrictions

The license expressly prohibits the following uses:

• Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of the digital files in any form
  
  
• Uploading or making the files available on websites, cloud services, marketplaces, or digital platforms
  
  
• Use of the Works as downloadable products, templates, stock assets, NFTs, or digital archives
  
  
• Modification for the purpose of redistribution or resale
  
  
• Claiming authorship, copyright ownership, or registering the Works as derivative or original works
  
  

You may use our files in physical form—printed and integrated into real-world environments—but redistribution, resale, or sharing of the digital files is not permitted.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by The Prop Stock. Purchase of a digital file does not constitute a sale of copyright, nor does it grant any ownership rights in the underlying artwork.

4. No Digital Transfer

The purchaser may not provide the digital files to third parties, including but not limited to clients, collaborators, production teams, vendors, or printers. If a third party requires access to the digital files, a separate license must be obtained directly from The Prop Stock.

5. No Exclusivity

All licenses granted are non-exclusive. The Prop Stock retains the right to license the same Works to other parties without restriction.

6. No Endorsement

Use of the Works does not imply endorsement by The Prop Stock of any production, brand, or project in which the Works appear.

7. Termination

Any unauthorized use of the Works, including violation of the restrictions set forth herein, shall result in immediate termination of the license without refund and may subject the user to legal action.

8. Governing Principles

This license shall be governed by applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws. All disputes arising from the use of the Works shall be subject to the applicable legal jurisdiction determined by The Prop Stock.
